1. Rental Agreement
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A separate rental agreement may apply to specific properties and rental periods.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or payment, as communicated during the booking process.
Payment schedules, security deposits, and cancellation policies may vary by property and will be specified in the rental agreement.
3. Utilities
Unless otherwise stated, rent does not include utilities such as electricity, water, gas, or internet. Any applicable utility charges will be communicated before the start of the rental period.
4. Use of Property
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and solely for residential purposes. Commercial activities, events, or subletting are prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Occupancy
Only registered guests may occupy the property. The maximum occupancy specified for each property must be respected.
6. Pets
Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
7. Smoking
Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Any damages resulting from smoking may be charged to the tenant.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning services may be included for certain properties or arranged for an additional fee. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in good condition during their stay.
9. Liability
Tijdelijk Wonen Aruba is not liable for loss, theft, personal injury, accidents, or damages occurring during a tenant's stay, except where required by applicable law.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or utility outages.
